Q: Who is Cooky Usagida?

Cooky Usagida is a female Hawaii based VTuber who is the host of the event. She will be ensuring the success of the VTuber Care Awards and will be hosting the event both on and behind the scenes.

Q: Why the VTuber Care Awards?

​

We want to celebrate and recongize all VTubers from all different walks of life and we want to celebrate their accomplishments and hard work with them.​

​

Q: What are the performer and watchalong applications and when will they be available?

​

Throughout the award show, we want to showcase performances from different VTuber groups and VTubers to showcase their skills and to let them shine. Additionally, we also want to allow content creators to share the excitement of the VTuber Care Awards and celebrate on their own channels. Performer and watchalong applications will be available during the 2nd phase of the VTuber Care Awards.

Q: How will the awards show work?

The development of the awards show will be split into three different phases; phase one, phase two and phase three.

During phase one, we are currently opening the form for community input and feedback, which will help determine how the VTuber Care Awards will be ran as well as how the VTuber Care Awards can best represent you. Those applications were open until December 10th, 2023 @ 11:59 PM Hawaii Standard Time, 4:59 AM Eastern Standard Time.

During phase two, applications for nominations and voting as well as applications for performers and watchalong hosts will be opening. Those applications will be open after the community input forms close and after all of the feedback is reviewed by Cooky Usagida.

During phase three, we will be hosting the event. The main event will be hosted and livestreamed on Cooky Usagida's Twitch channel sometime in early 2024.

Q: Why are you guys doing the award show in phases? 

​

We want to get the community's input on the awards show prior to ensure that the VTuber Care Awards goes as smoothly as possible and to allow the community to determine how the VTuber Care Awards can best represent them. Additionally, doing the award show in phases will also allow us to plan for the event to ensure efficiency and organization.

Q. How are the VTuber Care Awards different from other award shows?

​

Our awards show includes predebut VTubers and VSupporters in addition to VTubers, VArtists, and also video editors and clippers. We will also be having performers and watchalong hosts.

Q: Will the VTuber Care Awards be an annual event?

​

Yes. The VTuber Care Awards will be an annual event. Our first annual VTuber Care Awards will be held in 2024 and will be held anually, at least once a year.

Q: What will the winners receive?

​

Cooky Usagida will be sending over digital copies of the certificates to all of the awardees.

Q: Who did the logo for the VTuber Care Awards as well as the trailer and website?

​

The website, trailer, and logo were all done by Cooky Usagida using the following assets;

Logo was made by Cooky Usagida using the shadow font by sakujitetsu and the sparkle pen brush by androodles_ta in Clip Studio Paint EX with help from the tutorial by @kaeriruu.

​

The trailer was made by Cooky Usagida using Canva and was edited in VSDC Video Editor, with the BGM by DOVA SYNDROME.

​

Custom website cursor was made by Bgirin using the pastel stars brush in Clip Studio Paint EX.

​

The website was built in HTML using Wix Studio's Editor X.

Q. How can I get involved?

​

After community feedback applications close and once we take a look at all of the feedback, we have opened up applications for performers as well as open up watchalong applications for those interested in either performing at the VTuber Care Awards and/or hosting a watchalong party on your own channel. (ie; Twitch, Kick, YouTube). Those have since closed.
